Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business, or Human Resources.
• A minimum of three years of training delivery experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize learning content and assessments (Level 1–3 evaluations).
• Collaborate with SMEs and other learning specialists.
• Schedule, deliver, and facilitate virtual and classroom sessions.
• Manage multiple small to mid-size learning projects.
• Maintain and update curriculum in a central repository.
