You will translate learning strategies into engaging, scalable experiences, guiding SMEs and stakeholders through instructional design, visuals, and technical development (Articulate suite and Vyond).

This flex (hybrid) role requires collaboration with internal and external partners, a strong grounding in adult learning, and the ability to measure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• OR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
• Effective communication in visual, verbal, and written form
• Technical aptitude and analytical skill set.
• Sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
• Overcome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts.
