Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver modern learning experiences for our Denver-based teams.

You will develop objectives, create engaging eLearning modules, and partner with Operations, People, Safety and Technology to implement training aligned with business goals and learner needs, while applying adult-learning principles.

Qualifikationen

• Develop learning objectives, SOWs, project plans, design documents, storyboards, scripts, prototypes and review cycles.
• -Design engaging eLearning modules, videos, live training, and job aids.
• -Translate SOPs and policies into engaging learning solutions.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders to understand learning objectives and desired outcomes.
• Provide alternative recommendations when training isn’t the solution.
• Propose relevant learning solutions aligned with business goals and learner needs.
• Develop learning objectives, SOWs, project plans, storyboards, scripts, prototypes and review cycles.
• Observe frontline work and translate real-world experiences into practical learning.
• Manage feedback from stakeholders while maintaining sound instructional design practices.
• Build relationships with teams across Operations, People, Safety, Technology and other support functions.
• Prioritize concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create implementation plans and launch resources.
• Design modern learning experiences applying adult learning principles.
