The Specialist, Learning & Development is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering high-quality, impactful training programs and materials for the Company. As part of their responsibilities, this role will host our new hire orientation program, onboarding course, and work diligently to keep the content fresh and engaging. They’ll also help manage the HR training activities throughout the organization with a specific focus on developing and implementing training that supports a strong customer service culture aligned with the company’s mission and core values.
Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
General Supervision: The incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.
