Job summary

Frontier Airlines seeks an experienced Specialist, Learning & Development to design, implement, and administer training for a strong customer service culture. You will host new hire orientation, manage onboarding content, and collaborate with HR to address skill gaps.

This independent contractor role works in a hybrid setting, with in‑office presence up to 4 days a week. The position requires strong communication, instructional skills, and proficiency with LMS tools, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Previous HR experience with a focus on learning and development preferred.
• Experience in creating training content and LMS experience is desirable.
• Ability to design and implement instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced trainings.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning experiences to meet objectives and standards.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding content with SMEs.
• Champion customer service culture through targeted training initiatives.
• Serve as a central point of contact for HR/employee learning resources.
• Manage the Learning Management System to monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and L&D to assess training needs and gap gaps.
• Lead special projects and ensure standardization of training.
