Independence Blue Cross is seeking a Learning Design Specialist to create and deliver effective learning solutions across functional areas. You will work with SMEs and other learning specialists to develop engaging materials, align with Independence standards, and support improved job performance and productivity.

Responsibilities include needs analysis, content development for ILT, eLearning, microlearning, and blended formats, plus designing assessments and managing multiple projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business, or Human Resources.
• A minimum of three years of training delivery experience.
• A minimum of three years of experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
• Solid foundations in instructional design methodology (ADDIE) and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools, Storyline 2, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Skype for Business.

Responsabilidades

• Perform job and task analysis.
• Identify learning needs and devise effective learning strategies and solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize learning content and assessments (ILT, eLearning, microlearning, blended).
• Create and implement Level 1–3 evaluations.
• Manage multiple small- to medium-scale projects and timelines.
• Schedule, prepare, and facilitate virtual and classroom sessions; provide post-session support.
