Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business, or Human Resources.
• Three years of training delivery experience.
• Three years of experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.

• Perform job and task analysis.
• Analyze performance data.
• Identify learning needs.
• Devise and propose learning strategies including classroom, virtual ILT, eLearning, microlearning, blended learning.
• Define learning objectives and create curriculum plans and design documents.
• Follow design standards to create high-quality learning materials.
• Organize complex information effectively.
• Design, develop, and customize learning content; repurpose existing content.
• Create and use high-impact instructional graphics.
• Develop assessments and knowledge checks.
• Use authoring tools to create eLearning, simulations, and media.
• Curate learning resources for blended solutions.
• Maintain and store curriculum in a central repository.
• Manage SME and quality review processes.
• Conduct train-the-trainer activities.
• Provide post-session support and learning transfer.
