Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to champion enterprise initiatives and partner with SMEs to design, develop, and deliver classroom and virtual learning.

This hybrid role reports to the NY office on Tue–Thu at 100 Church Street, New York, NY 10007, and focuses on facilitating events, updating content, and collaborating with business units to drive change across the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Trainer experience with SOP-based processes, BPO and multiple tech systems.
• Extensive experience facilitating learning and delivering presentations.
• Ability to master subject matter and become a product expert.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and meet milestones.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver learning events to support the enterprise.
• Serve as SME in design and development of learning content with business leaders.
• Update learning content to meet criteria and standards.
• Partner with internal organizations to create and execute training plans.
• Collaborate with multiple business units to drive change initiatives.
• Identify mitigation strategies for delivery challenges with owners.
• Manage learning environment and measure knowledge transfer.
• Handle learning logistics to ensure successful delivery.
• Stay current on business unit policies and procedures.
• Utilize systems to deliver learning and produce reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes.
