Job summary

Healthfirst in New York City seeks a Director of Enterprise Delivery Services to lead transformation efforts, educate stakeholders on technology, processes and organizational changes, and drive business value across the enterprise.

The role collaborates with executives and teams to ensure user readiness, develop training, manage risks, and guide multiple agile teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Three days in-office weekly at 100 Church Street, NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• HS Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and initiatives.
• Rapid ramp-up in new focus areas with minimal onboarding.
• Hit the ground running and deliver value early.
• Agile mindset with openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment.
• Product mindset aligned with HF objectives; a north star for the team.

• Healthcare industry experience preferred (health plan/ provider).

• Lead transformation blueprint development to meet strategic objectives.
• Drive enterprise-wide initiatives across domains and functions.
• Define imperatives and align roadmaps with business value.
• Lead solution design across operations and technology teams.
• Monitor delivery value and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate change management and readiness for new capabilities.
• Create and deploy training and development strategies.
• Guide leadership for prioritization and conflict resolution.
• Oversee Agile teams including Product Owners and PMs.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery.
