Job summary

Healthfirst seeks a Learning Delivery Specialist to act as an ambassador for HF culture and support the delivery of enterprise learning initiatives. You will design, develop, update and facilitate classroom and virtual delivery events, partnering with business SMEs to ensure effective content delivery.

The role involves leading learning projects, researching and delivering content, and collaborating with multiple business units while staying current on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience as trainer with SOP-based, BPO and multiple technology systems instruction.
• Extensive experience facilitating learning and delivering presentations.
• Ability to master subject matter and become a product expert.
• Ability to communicate with audiences at varying levels.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for onsite delivery as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver learning events to support the enterprise including all business units.
• Serve as SME in the design and development of learning content partnering with business leaders and the instructional design group.
• Assist with maintaining and updating all learning content materials, ensuring they meet criteria.
• Partner and consult with internal organizations to create and execute training plans.
• Collaborate with numerous business units across the enterprise to support and drive change initiatives.
• Anticipate training development or delivery challenges and identify mitigation strategies.
• Manage learning environment to assess, evaluate and communicate learner content/knowledge transfer and skills application.
• Complete learning logistics tasks and communications to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
• Stay current on assigned business unit policies and procedures.
• Utilize systems to deliver learning, record data points and produce reports for each event.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the learning process and leaner evaluations.
• Lead meaningful change and process effectiveness through ongoing improvement.
• Act as SME for process document creation.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
