Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and minimum of three years coordinating or administering a program.
• Strong technology skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, vetting, and confirming volunteer speakers; review content for alignment and compliance.
• Lead online and hybrid classes; schedule sessions, manage recordings, and support speakers with tech.
• Manage digital materials, course catalogs, and online class registration; solicit feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support registration, cataloging, and data processes.
• Attend meetings and perform routine clerical tasks; support cross-program activities and data analysis.
• Foster partnerships with UT OLLI staff, speakers, volunteers, and committees; pursue program enhancements.
