Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience in planning and coordinating short courses, seminars, workshops, or conferences.
• Experience using technology and adapting to new tools.
• Ability to work with individuals aged 50+ in committee and classroom settings.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, vetting, and confirming volunteer seminar and lecture speakers.
• Review and edit speaker content to align with UT OLLI guidelines and university policies.
• Provide logistical and presentation support for events and coordinate sessions and recordings.
• Lead online and hybrid classes, schedule meetings, manage participants and hosts, and oversee video editing.
• Maintain and organize the digital content library and support registration and catalog processes.
