• Three (3) years of professional experience in planning and coordinating short courses, seminars, workshops, or conferences.
• Professional written communication and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Mansioni

• Coordinate speakers, volunteers, and logistics for in-person and online seminars and lectures.
• Lead online and hybrid classes; schedule Zoom meetings and manage recordings and video editing.
• Maintain digital curriculum content and assist with course catalogs and class registrations.
