Qualifications

• Equivalency: 1 year of higher education can substitute for 1 year of related work experience.
• Program Specialists III requires bachelor’s (or equivalent) +6 years or master’s (or equivalent) +4 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate class materials purchasing and calculate special fees.
• Process instructor payroll and reconcile purchases and invoices.
• Manage program payments and financial summaries for review.
• Communicate with instructors and students about materials and needs.
• Facilitate class setup, enrollment, and logistics for sessions.
• Prepare and maintain records, answer calls, and monitor email inbox.
• Support catalog development and contribute to program improvements.
• Collaborate in weekly meetings and marketing content creation.
