The University of Pittsburgh's Undergraduate Studies department seeks a Curriculum Coordinator to join its team, supporting instructional projects and technological functions for undergraduate curricula.

Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost of Curricular Innovation, the role focuses on coordinating logistics, events, and reporting needs to enhance student experiences and program effectiveness. Hybrid work and campus engagement are involved.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year of relevant professional experience required.
• Prior experience supporting events and programming in Higher Education and/or non-profit environments strongly preferred.
• Position requires strong organizational skill, attention to detail, initiative, and motivation to support the university's academic mission and helping to create positive student experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Data Collection: Maintains curriculum and program records, supports assessment activities, collects student data, and prepares reports for the Assessment Manager.
• Technology Management: Manages educational program technologies and supports the evaluation and implementation of technology-enhanced learning opportunities.
• Communication: Serves as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and supporting program operations.
• Event Support: Assists with the planning and execution of outreach and engagement activities related to undergraduate curriculum programs.
