The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Curriculum Coordinator to deliver engaging lifelong learning experiences in collaboration with UT OLLI staff, volunteers, and speakers. This role guides curriculum development, coordinates classroom programming, and supports speakers and volunteers across in-person, hybrid, and online formats.

The position is based on UT Austin's Main Campus in Austin, TX. It is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an anticipated start date of Nov 16, 2026.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum of three years coordinating or administering a program.
• Self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fast learner with excellent technology skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with recruiting, vetting, and confirming volunteer seminar and lecture speakers; provide logistical and presentation support.
• Lead for all online and hybrid classes; schedule Zoom meetings, coordinate participants, and manage recordings.
• Develop and maintain digital curriculum content and course catalogs; oversee class registration and gather feedback.
