Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator for UT OLLI on the UT Main Campus. The role collaborates with staff, volunteers, and speakers to develop and implement engaging lifelong learning programs, including online and hybrid formats.

40 hours weekly, non-exempt. You will recruit and vet speakers, edit content, provide tech support, maintain digital content, and help with catalogs and registration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years coordinating or administering a program.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team.
• Fast learner with excellent technology skills.
• Experience with knowledge base systems and applications.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, vetting, and confirming volunteer seminar and lecture speakers.
• Review and edit speaker content to align with UT OLLI demographics and guidelines.
• Provide logistical and presentation support.
• Collaborate with Events Coordinator for speaker recognition at sessions and socials.
• Lead all online and hybrid classes; schedule Zoom meetings and manage recordings.
• Maintain and organize the digital content library and course catalogs.
• Train speakers and volunteers on online and in-classroom technology.
