Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Temporary Curriculum Coordinator for Extended Education Ventures/ Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. The role supports curriculum development, coordinates classroom programs, and assists speakers and volunteers on the UT Main Campus.

Responsibilities include recruiting speakers, editing content, managing online/hybrid sessions, training staff and volunteers in technology, and maintaining digital curriculum materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to the work to be performed.
• Three or more years of professional experience coordinating short courses, seminars, or conferences.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and vetting volunteer speakers and ensuring content aligns with guidelines.
• Provide logistical and presentation support and coordinate sessions.
• Lead for all online and hybrid classes, schedule Zoom meetings, and manage recordings.
