Job summary

Mt. Blue High School, part of RSU 9, seeks a Permanent Substitute & Digital Learning Program Facilitator to support instructional continuity and data mentoring for hybrid-remote students. The role blends Edgenuity coaching with traditional substitute duties across a 5-day school week.

The candidate will monitor digital cohorts, conduct face-to-face check-ins, and provide targeted tutoring while also stepping into varied 9–12 classrooms to deliver planned instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational, alternative learning, or youth-mentorship settings.
• Ability to navigate digital learning platforms (Edgenuity).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage progress for a small caseload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital cohort monitoring and attendance via the Edgenuity system.
• Provide 1:1 tutoring and unlock Edgenuity assessments for students.
• Deliver lessons across 9–12 classrooms; maintain safety and behavior standards.
• Support building coverage needs and manage study halls or support periods as assigned.
