Fortune Brands Innovations in Deerfield, IL is seeking a Lead Supply Planner to ensure materials, components and finished goods are available at the right time, cost and quality. The role reports into the MPS team and partners across Supply Chain, Sourcing and Operations.

You will develop master production plans, maintain data integrity, and drive risk mitigation to support 98%+ fill rate for retail and 95%+ for wholesale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP APO/ECC and MPS/PP planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate real-time forecast consumption and POS data; optimize inventory.
• Manage supply-demand imbalances and escalate risks.
• Develop master production plans based on capacity.
• Maintain master data: lot sizes, ordering frequency, DC locations.
• Support S&OP and cross-functional teams to identify drivers of supply disruptions.
• Seek solutions to achieve 98%+ fill rate for retail and 95%+ for wholesale.
• Identify, resolve and root-cause planning issues using problem-solving techniques.
