Job summary

InnoSource is seeking a Supply Planner to own inventory planning and procurement for a portfolio of SKUs. You will balance service levels, targets, forecast accuracy, and safety stock while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Transportation, Product Marketing, and suppliers.

You will plan proactively using ERP/MRP tools, resolve supply issues, and optimize purchases to reduce costs. A strong Excel skillset, analytical mindset, and SAP experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, and data manipulation.
• Sharp analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• A process-improvement mindset and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Operations, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• SAP experience (preferred).
• Experience with integrated planning software (a big plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan proactively using MRP tools to review inventory projections and supply-demand summaries.
• Act as liaison for supply issues, flag potential out-of-stocks, and mitigate.
• Assess purchasing options, consolidate products, and pre-order to reduce costs.
• Ensure purchase order accuracy for Sales, Operations, and Transportation.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with Product Marketing on supply direction.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and manage supplier relationships.
• Track weekly/monthly metrics and help meet regional goals.
• Find new ways to improve supply planning processes.
