Fortune Brands Innovations is hiring a Senior Manager of Supply Planning. You will lead a team of supply planners and analysts, drive S&OP processes, and ensure material availability, cost control, and on-time delivery across the network.

You will develop supply-continuity plans, manage data integrity, and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and optimize performance in a fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; APICS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in supply chain; supervisory experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) for PPlanning, MPS, procurement, inventory planning.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to engage with all organizational levels.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to influence and drive solutions across the supply chain.
• Team player with execution focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of supply planners, supply managers, and analysts.
• Manage supply-demand imbalances with speed and precision; escalate risks proactively.
• Identify risks in the supply network and lead mitigation efforts.
• Develop and maintain supply continuity plans for critical materials and components.
• Represent supply chain planning on high-priority cross-functional projects.
• Facilitate weekly S&OE meetings and ensure critical items reach leadership review.
• Manage Master Data to align lot sizes, ordering frequency, DC locations, and manufacturing data.
• Identify drivers of supply disruptions and resolve preventively.
• Lead monthly Supply consensus cycle within S&OP processes to align supply with demand.
• Identify root causes of planning issues using suitable problem-solving techniques.
• Foster synergies among Material Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Transportation, and other units.
