Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Planning in the United States. You will lead a team of supply planners and analysts, manage master production scheduling, and coordinate raw materials, procurement, and inventory to meet customer demand while optimizing costs.

You will also drive S&OP processes, mitigate risks, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a resilient supply base that scales with the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required; APICS certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of related supply chain experience; some supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP for Production Planning, MPS, procurement, inventory planning.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Ability to influence and drive solutions across supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of supply planners, supply managers, and analysts. Build a high-performance team with coaching and reviews.
• Manage supply-demand imbalances with speed and precision, escalating risks proactively.
• Identify risks in the supply network and lead mitigation efforts.
• Develop and maintain supply continuity plans for critical materials and components.
• Represent supply chain planning on priority cross-functional projects that support growth.
• Facilitate the weekly S&OE Meeting to review critical items with leadership.
• Manage Master Data to align lot sizes, ordering frequency, and locations for efficiency.
• Identify drivers for supply disruptions and resolve the root causes to meet service goals.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and provide options for service recovery.
• Lead monthly Supply consensus cycle within S&OP to align supply with demand.
