Fortune Brands Innovations, based in the United States, seeks a Lead Supply Planning professional to ensure timely availability of materials, components and finished goods while optimizing cost and quality. The role collaborates with MPS teams and sourcing to meet 98%+ fill rates for retail and 95%+ for wholesale.

The position reports to the Deerfield, IL HQ with a hybrid work schedule. A base salary range is provided with annual bonus considerations and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related supply chain experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP APO & ECC, Master Scheduling, and Production Planning.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate real-time forecast consumption and POS data; take corrective action to optimize inventory.
• Manage supply-demand imbalances with speed and precision; escalate risks proactively.
• Identify risks in the supply network and lead mitigation efforts.
• Develop and maintain supply continuity plans for critical materials and components.
• Create feasible master production plans based on capacity requirements.
• Maintain Master Data (lot sizes, ordering frequency, DC locations) for efficiency.
• Support Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Operations with root-cause analysis and options for service recovery.
