Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in supply planning or inventory control.
• Strong MRP/ERP experience, preferably with Blue Yonder and SAP or Oracle.
• Solid knowledge of SIOP processes and demand planning concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee optimal finished goods inventory levels balancing demand, lead times and costs.
• Lead pre-build strategies to mitigate capacity constraints and supplier lead times.
• Lead safety stock analysis and optimization using statistical modeling to reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine models with real-time variability.
• Drive improvements in OTIF, on-hand stock, and data accuracy across systems.
• Oversee master data in planning systems and ERP to ensure accurate planning.
• Own supply plans and handover to purchasing for execution, aligning with SIOP and NPD.
