Simple Mills in Chicago, IL is seeking a Sr Supply Planner to join our fast-growing Supply Chain team. You will develop supply plans to maintain optimal finished-goods inventory, coordinate production with co-manufacturers, and help align schedules with demand to support on-time customer fulfillment.

This role reports to the Supply Planning Manager and requires 2–4 years of CPG supply chain experience, a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and strong analytical,

• 2-4 years of CPG supply chain experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Finance or related field
• Strong analytical skills with complex data
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization
• PowerPoint proficiency
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems a plus
• Knowledge of advanced planning solutions a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop supply plans to maintain optimal finished-goods inventory and meet fill-rate targets
• Communicate production plans and issue POs; align with co-manufacturers
• Incorporate new products into production timelines and support launches
• Maintain constrained production plans and align capacity with demand
• Monitor aging inventory and minimize spoilage with cross-functional partners
• Contribute to S&OP processes with supply insights and risk mitigation
