Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering discipline and prior structural design experience.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Proficiency with structural engineering principles and design practices.
• Experience in infrastructure planning, design, and program/construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, plan development tasks and perform structural analysis and design.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Coordinate with project team and clients, perform QC/QA reviews.
• Develop construction plans, specifications and cost estimates.
• Oversee complex multi-project initiatives and budgets.
