Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network Team to oversee the provider service model and strategic programs. You will liaise across org areas, drive governance, and deliver executive‑level insights and presentations.
You will collaborate with NS&PE leadership, optimize network performance, and guide risk, timelines, and budgets for multi‑region initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
- Design, structure and deliver high‑impact executive presentations.
- Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
- Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
- Experience with shifting priorities and cross‑functional work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end management of the provider service model and milestones.
- Develop governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize networks.
- Create executive presentations and data insights for leadership.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across internal organizations and leadership.
- Monitor progress, risks, and budget to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate plans and status clearly to partners and teams.
