Strong governance and stakeholder engagement are essential. The role requires 10+ years in healthcare and 5+ years in project management, with a preference for provider relations or contracting experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design, structure, and deliver executive presentations.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with partners to monitor project progression and address challenges.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize network infrastructure outcomes.
