CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model and manage complex, multi‑region programs within the Network Nation initiative. You will drive strategic planning, risk assessment, and milestone tracking while ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

In this role you’ll create executive‑level presentations, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization to optimize network

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in healthcare engagements and programs.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design and deliver high‑impact presentations to executives.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience adapting to shifting priorities and independent problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Direct end‑to‑end management of the provider service model with risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Create and deliver executive‑level presentations to support decision making.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Manage partnerships and monitor program progression to address challenges.
• Coordinate across functions to optimize network infrastructure outcomes.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies for network initiatives.
• Deliver data‑driven reports and insights on project status and metrics.
