Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations to executive audiences.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems and complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Collaborate with partners to monitor project progression and address challenges.
• Coordinate across the organization to foster continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
• Translate network requirements into actionable plans and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and data-driven insights to leadership on project status and metrics.
