Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model within the Network team. You will guide strategic planning, governance, risk management, and executive communications to drive value across the organization.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, manage complex, multi‑year initiatives, and deliver milestones on time and on budget, while shaping a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years in project management.
• Experience in provider relations or network operations.
• Ability to design and deliver executive presentations.
• Proficient in project planning, management and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience adapting to changing priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model with risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive leadership.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes.
• Deliver reports and data-driven insights to leadership on project status and performance.
