Job summary

KidStrong Cypress is seeking a Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to drive center growth by combining outbound sales with hands-on coaching for kids. You will work with our GM and AGM to convert inquiries, manage front-desk operations, and deliver engaging athletic programming.

The role blends coaching on the mats with sales responsibilities, requiring a dynamic, energetic professional who can foster a positive environment and support class scheduling to grow the member base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (outbound phone sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
• Experience working directly with children (teaching, childcare, youth sports).
• Flexible schedule including up to 3-4 weekday evenings and at least 1 weekend morning shift.
• Excellent communication, strong organization, self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales efforts (40+ calls per shift) to convert inbound leads into scheduled trials and active memberships.
• Coach 8-10 classes per week, delivering age-appropriate programming on the floor.
• Handle customer service requests, resolve member inquiries, and complete administrative duties.
