Job summary

KidStrong Katy is seeking a motivated Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to support our General Manager in driving center growth and delivering top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role blends outbound sales and lead management with hands-on coaching on the mats, working directly with kids to build confidence, physical milestones, and a strong sense of community.

You will coach 8-10 classes weekly, handle front-desk duties, and help optimize class schedules while mentoring staff and maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outbound calls, fitness, retail or hospitality).
• Experience working directly with children in teaching, childcare or youth programs.
• Full paid training available; coaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales and follow-up on inquiries to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Coach 8-10 classes weekly, guiding kids' physical and athletic development.
• Support operations, member inquiries, and mentor staff to maintain culture and KPI targets.
