Job summary

KidStrong in Cypress, TX is seeking a Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to support center growth and deliver top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching for kids, helping them build confidence and physical milestones.

The position involves coaching 8–10 classes weekly, managing front-desk activities, and driving member retention. Training is provided for coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (outbound phone sales, fitness, retail or hospitality).
• Experience working directly with children (teaching, childcare, youth sports, etc.).
• Coaching experience is preferred but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: execute outbound sales efforts (40+ calls per shift) to convert inbound leads into trials and memberships.
• Coaching & Instruction: deliver 8-10 classes per week and engage with kids to build confidence and athletic skills.
• Operations & Leadership: handle customer service, enrollments, and supervise staff to meet KPIs.
