Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Network Provisioning Engineer II (Layer 2) to join our team in Kansas City, hybrid role requiring three days in the office and two remote days.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in networking, telecom experience, and hands-on with Cisco, Ciena, or Nokia equipment, plus Layer 2 provisioning and CLI proficiency. You will support DIA/MPLS and related services while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of networking engineering experience.
• Experience in Telecommunications industry.
• Experience with Cisco, Ciena, Nokia equipment.
• Experience with Layer 2 provisioning and CLI.
• Experience with DIA, MPLS, fiber-to-the-cell, ISIS, BGP, VLAN tagging, UNI, EVC, Type 2.
