Job summary

Segra is seeking a Network Provisioning Engineer (Layer 2) to join as a full-time team member in one of Segra's offices near Raleigh. You will provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks, working as part of a skilled provisioning group.

The role follows a hybrid schedule: three days in an office location and two days of remote work each week. Strong emphasis on customer service and meticulous problem solving to ensure reliable network delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with E-Line and ELAN provisioning, testing, and/or troubleshooting via CLI.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in networking engineering, or 4+ years in layer 2 provisioning related to E-Line and ELAN.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.
