Segra is seeking a Network Provisioning Engineer (Layer 2) to join our team in a full‑time role at one of our Segra offices. The position provides in‑depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP and Ethernet networks and requires a hybrid work pattern with three days in the office and two remote each week.

A successful candidate will have at least 4 years of Layer 2 provisioning experience with E‑Line and ELAN and strong Cisco expertise, coupled with excellent communication and customer‑service skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Layer 2 provisioning experience (E-Line/ELAN).
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.
• Proven ability to provision, test and troubleshoot via CLI.
