Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and coach teams. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining high standards, managing schedules, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience required.
• Graduate from a WAC 246-805-210 bachelor’s degree program.
• Complete 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis topics (WAC 246‑805‑220).
• Complete a supervised experience as per WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is accurate and timely.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree

1000 field work hours

ABA experience (1 year)

WAC 246-805-210 compliant degree

135 classroom hours in behavior analysis

Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230
