PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery across regions. You will ensure continuity of care, guide clinical decisions, and support growth of the team while maintaining PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210; complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)

1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience
