Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design: create accessible courses, e‑learning modules and job aids.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support: administer course development and records.
  • Digital Accessibility: ensure content meets WCAG/Section 508 standards.
  • Digital Content Management: manage content across websites and social channels.
  • Community Outreach & Public Awareness: support outreach and awareness initiatives.
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: measure outcomes and improve offerings.
