Job summary

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of federal and Massachusetts employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to interpret ADA and Rehabilitation Act requirements in the workplace.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating DEIA and diversity programs.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment on sensitive HR matters.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with state and federal employment laws and EO 592.
  • Develop and manage affirmative action and diversity programs and reports.
  • Review and advise on recruitment, onboarding, and performance practices for compliance.
  • Lead DEIA learning programs and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Manage data reporting and analytics on diversity metrics and dashboards.
