Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, HR, or related field.
• Desire to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is a must and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS content, track completion, and pull reports.
• Maintain onboarding plans and support training delivery.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events.
• Prepare materials, assist with registrations, and support partners.
• Assist with communications, recaps, and feedback data.
