Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Key Account Manager to drive growth with our key EPC accounts. You will develop strategic account plans, manage relationships with decision-makers, project managers, and engineering teams, and guide customers through capital projects with technical product guidance.

This hybrid role reports to the Texas Sales Manager and can split time between remote work and on-site at Greens Road.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in industrial equipment or capital project sales.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and sales cycles.
• Experience in industries such as oil & gas, chemicals or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key EPC firms.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, project managers, and engineering teams.
• Identify, track, and qualify major capital projects through EPC channels.
• Act as the central EPC interface across regions.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers where EPCs drive projects outside core geography.
• Provide technical guidance on product selection and system solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
