Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
5 years of experience in manufacturing, reliability engineering, or data analysis (internships/co-ops considered).
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and identify revenue opportunities through service offerings.
Develop and maintain asset reliability databases (MTBF/MTTF, failure patterns, trends).
Create data-driven stocking strategies and inventory optimization models.
Generate qualified leads and service opportunities through predictive analytics for maintenance needs and upgrades.
Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance schedules.
Create and maintain KPI dashboards translating reliability data to commercial insights.
