Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s degree welcome).
• Two years of experience in a behavioral health, juvenile justice, or human services setting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single Point of Accountability for clients and families, acting as the primary contact and advocate for services.
• Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients and families through outreach and engagement.
• Develop comprehensive service plans tailored to individual strengths and needs, updating and presenting progress to the court.
• Support clients during transitions, including return to community from treatment, detention, or hospitalization.
• Coordinate care across providers including behavioral health, juvenile probation, child welfare, schools, and community resources.
