The Center for Youth and Family Solutions (CYFS) is seeking a Mental Health Juvenile Justice Coordinator to assess at-risk youth and link them to community resources. You will partner with families, apply trauma-informed approaches, and support service planning under supervision.

Responsibilities include managing MHJJ referrals, documenting services per legal and funder requirements, and coordinating engagement to ensure access to needed supports. Flexible, non-traditional hours may apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology, or closely related Human Service field.
• 2 years of experience in a human service position (preferred).

Mansioni

• Provide assessment, resource linkage and referral to eligible youth at risk for juvenile justice involvement.
• Apply clinical theory and technical skills under supervision in work with youth and families.
• Manage referral processes, develop service plans, and document services per policy.
