Job summary

Qualifications

• One year as a Human Services Analyst or equivalent.
• Two years of professional experience in developing, implementing, or evaluating human services programs; a bachelor’s degree required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training may satisfy the above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Juvenile Justice Academy and mandatory training programs
• Supervise staff, assign work, set goals, and review performance
• Develop and update training curricula and learning plans
• Evaluate training programs and instructor performance
• Support policy development and program initiatives
• Represent the bureau at meetings and provide technical assistance
