Job summary

HaloMD is seeking an IT User Desk Analyst in Addison, TX to provide end-user support and assist the IT Infrastructure and Systems team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on resolving user issues, managing accounts, and supporting IT services.

The role requires strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, with experience in Office 365 administration and cross-functional collaboration across IT disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience required.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to end-users.
• Hybrid role with in-office presence in Addison, TX three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for workstations, apps, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment, servers and IT systems.
• Create and manage user accounts and access.
• Perform Office 365 and network administration.
• Assist IT Asset Management for accurate inventory records.
• Open and track tickets, prioritize requests, escalate as needed.
• Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures and end-user training.
