Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT team in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role allows three days in the office and two days remote, supporting end-user IT needs and incident resolution.

The position requires strong customer service, basic Windows/Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tickets. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree and IT certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in end-user IT support and customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees via phone, email, chat, and ticketing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; document resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve service desk operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
